Moo Chews are beef trachea (wind pipe). It is a cartilage tube and a great chew for your dog or puppy as it contains no bone.
Fill the tube with dog food, paste, or freeze with meat stock to give your dog a longer lasting chew.
The cartilage in the trachea are high in both chondroitin and glucosamine, making them an ideal chew to support joint health in puppies and senior dogs.
These are a natural by-product from the beef industry.
Trachea are long-lasting, low in fat, high in protein, and 100% digestible.
Each tube is cut to approximately 20cm in length. Break them into shorter pieces for smaller dogs.
Trachea are a great option instead of rawhide or bone.
As always, please supervise your dog when giving them a new treat for the first time. If your dog tries to eat it inappropriately, take the treat away or try to help them eat it properly. This may mean holding on to the treat so that they chew, rather than inhale.
