RETURNS POLICY
If you receive a product and you aren't completely happy with it, just return it to us in resalable condition within 90 days for a full refund.
We will happily give you a full refund of the product (excluding the shipping) provided the returned product...
- Is returned with all original, undamaged product packaging and tags
- Returned items must be free from animal hair, odour, damage or signs of usage.
- Custom orders can not be returned.
As long as the product meets the above requirements, we will happily refund using your original method of payment.
Drop us an email to let us know it is coming back so we can keep an eye out for it and process your refund sooner.
WARRANTY RETURNS OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you have an issue with a product that breaks, has a defect or arrives in a less than perfect condition, Stop using it and contact us straight away either by email or phone. We will organise a replacement to be sent out as a priority.

Customers in South East Queensland can return products to us at one of the many markets we attend. Call us to discuss.
Please package all returns in a protective wrapping such as bubble wrap to avoid damage during shipping. We strongly suggest you send the returned item with insurance and delivery confirmation so that your package can be tracked.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
